Looking for a way to improve your core strength and overall fitness? Embrace your inner Mermaid/Merman, hop on a board and experience a workout like no other.


SUP Yoga Classes

No experience is necessary for our SUP Yoga classes. The techniques are split into beginner and advanced, so you can push yourself to the limits of your ability. The water brings a calming effect to your yoga experience and the added motion focuses your breath, body and mind.



SUP Fit is a high intensity workout class on floating SUP boards to help improve core strength, body awareness and balance.

SUP Yoga and SUP Fit are run by external instructors in a pool and by the water’s edge. Dates for 2018 will be released shortly on our facebook page.
