SUP YOGA & SUP FIT 

 

Looking for a way to improve your core strength and overall fitness? We've teamed up with the team at the Waterside Pool in Ryde to offer SUP Yoga & SUP Fit classes throughout the spring.

 

Embrace your inner Mermaid/Merman,hop on a board and experience a workout like no other. 

 

SUP YOGA

 

No experience is necessary for this session. The techniques are split into beginner and advanced, so you can push yourself to the limits of your ability. The water brings a calming effect to your yoga experience and the added motion focuses your breath, body and mind. Sessions will be run by Yoga with Emma and Earthways Yoga

 

In the pool:

 

DATES: 08/07, 22/07,  05/08

TIME: 0730-0830

KIT: Please bring a swimming costume and a t-shirt or shorts over the top. You will get wet! 

AGE: Minimum age 16 unless by prior arrangement. Under 18s must be signed in by an adult.

COST: £12 per person, per session

 

In the harbour:

 

15/07 16:00

05/08 10:00

 

KIT: Please bring swimwear. Wetsuits and buoyancy aids provided.

COST: £20 per person, per session

 

SUP FIT

 

A high intensity workout class on floating SUP boards to help improve core strength, body awareness and balance. Sessions will be run by Michael Cooper at PUSH Fitness. 

 

DATES: 15/07, 29/07, 12/08

TIME: 0730-0830

KIT: Please bring a swimming costume and a t-shirt or shorts over the top. You will get wet! A water bottle is required.
